DO NOT PUT THE RV PARK ADDRESS INTO YOUR GPS AS YOU WILL END UP IN LOUISIANA. We are one mile from downtown Jefferson. If you want to program GPS, insert 404 E. Broadway; Jefferson, TX. This will take you to the Brookshire's grocery store on Broadway. Move to the left lane and continue past Brookshire's. Turn left at the stop sign, heading east on Hwy 49 toward Smithland. RV Park has access to Big Cypress Bayou. There is a boat ramp in downtown Jefferson and room at the RV Park to moor your boat, house boat, party barge. We also offer reasonably priced monthly rentals.
